Job Description

Manage daily production process, quality and quantity.
Document and maintain quality of processed products according to company's and customer's specifications and requirements.
Manage and meet daily, weekly and monthly production schedule and target.
Train and supervise new and existing production co-workers in meat cutting and use of equipments.
Build team work to improve productivity.
Prepare and submit performance and progressive reports.
Enforce and improve product standards and factory hygiene.
Practice continuous improvement initiatives in production.
Manage and supervise all administrative duties in production department.
Perform operator level equipment maintenance.
Supervise and enforce daily equipment and area cleaning procedures and schedule.
