Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of 15-20 workers to execute assigned jobs efficiently. Coordinate with main contractors and clients on production schedules and progress. Calculate completed work, assist in preparing claims, submit quotations, and negotiate claims to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 15-20 workers to complete assigned jobs effectively
- Coordinate with main contractors and clients to manage production schedules and monitor progress
- Calculate and verify the amount of work completed to support accurate claim preparation
- Assist in preparing claims documentation for submission to clients and contractors
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients for project work
- Negotiate claims with main contractors and clients to resolve disputes and secure agreements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with piping system experience
