Own accuracy and maintenance of material master data (Min-Max, lead time, safety stock, Kanban parameters).
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to track material availability, shortages, and planning risks.
Develop and review materials planning KPIs relevant to production support (material availability, stock‑out events, planning adherence).
Ensure materials planning and execution support GMP and internal quality system requirements (where applicable).
Support audits, inspections, and production‑related investigations involving materials.
Actively lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Kanban principles to strengthen production support robustness.
