Senior Production Supervisor (Afternoon) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations, supporting the Production Manager in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively using lean principles to achieve production targets and operational efficiency
• Foster a motivated and engaged workforce focused on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Resolve operational challenges such as material shortages, workflow bottlenecks, and manpower issues to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain quality systems, procedures, and work instructions to uphold consistent manufacturing standards.
• Monitor inventory, scrap levels, and performance metrics, while preparing reports and ensuring timely issue escalation.
• Drive safety, sustainability, and cost improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with ESH standards and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in production
• Supervisory experience
• Willing to work afternoon Shift - 3.30pm-12am / Monday to Friday
