Senior Production Planner (Packaging Manufacturing)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with an established packaging manufacturing company in Singapore to hire a Senior Production Planner.

The role oversees production scheduling and resource planning, working closely with operational teams to meet delivery commitments and improve manufacturing efficiency.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Location: West Region
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with an early start at 7:30am
• Salary Package: Up to S$6,000 + Allowances + AWS + Performance Bonus

The Job:

• Plan and prioritise production schedules across multiple products to meet demand and delivery timelines.
• Assess material, equipment and manpower requirements against available production capacity.
• Coordinate workflow and manpower allocation with production teams to support efficient execution.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address shortages, delays and operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with quality and warehouse teams to ensure product readiness and smooth order fulfilment.
• Track production output and quality data, prepare performance reports and maintain accurate planning records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resource utilisation and production efficiency.

The Talent:

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant production planning experience within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Prior leadership or people management experience.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing costing, internal auditing and operational improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
