SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER | MANUFACTURING

ISO 13485 + FDA-Regulated Manufacturing Experience Essential

Excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader to take ownership of production operations, people leadership, technical troubleshooting, capacity planning and continuous improvement within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

You will lead Production Supervisors and their teams while partnering closely with Planning, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, R&D and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead overall production operations to achieve build schedules, quality, cost and delivery targets
. Lead, develop and mentor Production Supervisors and production teams
. Plan production schedules, priorities, manpower and resource allocation across product lines
. Act as a senior escalation point for complex production, equipment and process issues
. Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across mechanical, electrical and process systems
. Develop and enforce SOPs, work practices and manufacturing quality standards
. Manage departmental budgets, salary plans and capacity planning
. Drive productivity, labour utilisation, equipment efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives
. Support new product introductions and optimise assembly / process layouts
. Lead manufacturing transfers across sites and support product end-of-life / obsolescence planning
. Drive capital equipment improvements to enhance production capability and productivity
. Ensure quality requirements are met for new products released into manufacturing
. Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, quality improvement and root-cause initiatives
. Ensure compliance with hazardous material and controlled substance requirements
. Work cross-functionally to ensure production meets internal and external customer requirements
