Support Sales team to achieve / exceed annual targets and growth.
On-site application supports to customers.
Understand market trends, requirements and competitive situation.
Work closely with sales team to demonstrate product capabilities and applicability to the customer's application needs throughout sales cycle- from pre-sales to getting orders as well as after-sales supports.
Pre-Sales: Understand customers needs and requirement, engage in technical discussion, provide solution-oriented demos, products, and demo results presentations, propose total solution, lead the compilation of applications and marketing materials for customers/users/ sales representatives.
After-Sales: Conduct practical training on hardware and software, product technology presentation relevant to instrumentation prior to hands on, troubleshooting, attend to users queries and support on method development.
Support sales marketing events e.g. user meetings, workshops, seminars to update products technology, chemistry
Support on annual sales activity based on company's strategic objectives to meet sales target by supporting Sales Leaders in developing new prospects and penetrate competitive accounts.
Maintain installed base customer satisfaction
Be the contact point of communication supporting and resolving customer enquiries and collaborate with service engineers.
Provide leads to sales by engagement with customers.
Involve in troubleshooting relating to instruments, application, and software.
Develop and update knowledge of competitor's products and discuss with sales team to promote and sell products and services.
