About The Team
The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy and the growth of solutions across internal and external media channels for Shopee sellers. The role requires strong knowledge of digital media, paid-owned-earned media model and performance marketing to drive growth for Shopee sellers.
The product solution partner will focus on driving business growth for our Marketing Solutions product – Affiliate Marketing Solution (AMS). In this role, you'll be working with a wide range of regional and local cross functional teams, including but not limited to Product, Marketing, Business Development and Operations both regionally and locally.
Job Description
- Lead overall AMS commercial, able to influence key regional and local senior stakeholders to shape the right growth strategy
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local business development teams to develop, refine and execute commercial initiatives to drive up the scale and adoption of AMS
- Deepen partnership with global and regional media partners, identify growth opportunities and co-create new product offerings/programs
- Own tracking and reporting on key metrics performance/gaps against competitors, generate actionable business insights and drive the execution
- Oversee the end-to-end GTM of new features rollout across markets
- Work closely with both product and business teams to innovate and solve problems resourcefully
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- 6 years of hands-on experience in leading end-to-end strategic projects
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach, paired with high attention to detail
- Proficient Excel / PowerPoint is a must, experience with industry / market research and modelling is preferred, knowledge of Ads / e-commerce is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and provide coaching / mentorship for junior members, flexibility to adapt to challenges and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions, influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong ownership and can work towards goals independently with drive; resourceful and proactive problem-solver
