Job Description:

Lead overall AMS commercial, able to influence key regional and local senior stakeholders to shape the right growth strategy
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and local business development teams to develop, refine and execute commercial initiatives to drive up the scale and adoption of AMS
Deepen partnership with global and regional media partners, identify growth opportunities and co-create new product offerings/programs
Own tracking and reporting on key metrics performance/gaps against competitors, generate actionable business insights and drive the execution
Oversee the end-to-end GTM of new features rollout across markets
Work closely with both product and business teams to innovate and solve problems resourcefully

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
6 years of hands-on experience in leading end-to-end strategic projects
Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, able to tackle complex problems with a structured approach, paired with high attention to detail
Proficient Excel / PowerPoint is a must, experience with industry / market research and modelling is preferred, knowledge of Ads / e-commerce is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and provide coaching / mentorship for junior members, flexibility to adapt to challenges and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in discussions, influencing senior stakeholders
Strong ownership and can work towards goals independently with drive resourceful and proactive problem-solver
