Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Messaging & Content) to craft impactful messaging frameworks and content strategies that educate, engage, and differentiate our products in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop content that educates, entertains, and engages users while differentiating our products from competitors in the target markets
- Create and manage high-impact content assets, including thought leadership articles, product explainers, case studies, video scripts, blog posts, newsletters, and sales enablement tools
- Translating product features into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences
- Develop core messaging frameworks that differentiate and ensure consistency of messaging across all channels, campaigns, and touchpoints
- Work within the sales and marketing team to align messaging with customer needs, product roadmap, and industry trends
- Plan and execute content-driven campaigns to promote new features, product launches, and subscription models
- Drive storytelling around product impact, such as customer success stories and market insights
- Track content performance using engagement, conversion, and adoption metrics. While continuously testing and refining content to ensure it remains interesting, clear, and convincing
- Manage communications with target audience
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with SaaS, B2B or B2C product platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields
- Experience in developing marketing plans that cover strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc
- Proven track record in developing engaging, clear, and persuasive content that drives measurable results
- Experience in campaign management, digital distribution, and content performance tracking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Analytical and metrics-driven, with experience using data to improve both marketing and customer success outcomes
- Ability to simplify complex legal/technical information into compelling stories
- Excellent communications skills (verbal, written and visual)
- Background operating in Legal Tech will be a plus
