PURPOSE:
The Product Management Executive designs and implements MIF growth and protection programs, manages the GCS product life cycle and provides product marketing support to sales teams, so as to achieve GCS revenue, profit and GI goals. The position requires identifying and formulating appropriate product positioning, messaging, value proposition and differentiation for product portfolio, in order to effectively meet the needs of the target market segment, as well as ensure that the plans and programs are effectively executed with the objective of achieving GCS revenue, profit & GI targets.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Designing & implementing effective pricing and tactical programmes
- Identify and formulate appropriate product positioning, messaging, value proposition and differentiation for product portfolio
- Develop sound product, market and competitor expertise, as well as adopt an active role in the product management
- Design and implement effective sales enablement e.g. sales kit
- Design and implement MIF Retention programs (XTI)
- Design and implement Market Engagement programs (Corporate/Target Verticals)
- Provide fair, timely and effective support for sales operations eg. Product enquiries and Product item bulletin
- Manage Product Price and Cost eg. Quarterly update of cost book and pricing bulletin
- Manage Product Inventory and resolve any stock issues
- Assist in quarterly product performance review to identify and capitalize on opportunities to strengthen the product position in existing and new markets
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 3 years of Product Life Cycle Management experience
- At least 2 year of experience designing and executing Marketing Programs
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Knowledge and ability to articulate the latest print applications & cross media trends
- Independent and dynamic team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
