Senior Product Manager OTC, Digital Assets & FX

A well regarded Fintech scale up, is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to own and scale institutional-grade FX, OTC trading, digital asset, and core operational platforms within a regulated fintech environment.
This is a senior IC role with real ownership. You'll define product strategy and drive execution across complex front-, middle-, and back-office systems, working closely with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap across FX, OTC, crypto/digital asset, and operational platforms
- Lead end-to-end trade lifecycle products: pricing, execution, settlement, ledger booking, and controls
- Build and scale digital asset workflows including trading, liquidity, custody, and settlement
- Translate regulatory and operational requirements into pragmatic, scalable product solutions
- Drive delivery from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
- Influence architecture, integrations, and automation to support scale and resilience
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, trading, or financial services/digital asset platforms
- Strong domain knowledge in FX and OTC markets and trade lifecycle with hands-on exposure to crypto or digital asset products (trading, custody, settlement)
- Experience owning end-to-end products in regulated environments
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder groups and making high-impact trade-offs
- Strong communication, judgement, and execution mindset
- Bilingual English & Mandarin, given the need to work with Mandarin speaking technical teams.
