About the Job:
This isn't a backlog management role. As a Product Manager at Notewise, you will be the bridge between ambitious vision and technical execution. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape a product used by millions, defining how AI, cloud sync, and digital ink come together to redefine human productivity.
You will work directly with the founders, engineering, and design teams to identify the next big thing and ensure we ship features that don't just function, but delight. If you are a product-obsessed thinker who loves diving into user data as much as sketching a new UX flow, this is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch. Define the what and why behind every feature.
- User-Centric Discovery: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and dive deep into data to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with our Senior Engineers and Founding Designer to translate complex requirements into actionable product specs.
- Feature Delivery: Drive the execution of high-impact features, ensuring they are delivered with high quality and aligned with our product vision.
- AI & Innovation: Explore and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to make Notewise the smartest note-taking assistant on the market.
- Growth & Optimization: Run A/B tests and experiment with onboarding/retention strategies to scale our global user base.
Who You Are:
- You're a Productivity Nerd: You have a genuine passion for note-taking, journaling, or organizing information. You know the competitive landscape inside out.
- Data-Informed, Intuition-Led: You know how to use data to validate hypotheses, but you also trust your product sense when numbers don't tell the whole story.

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consumer-facing mobile apps or SaaS products.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality products from 0 to 1 or scaling products to millions of users.
- Strong analytical skills (experience with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or SQL is a plus).
- Experience working in an agile environment and a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem (iOS & Android).
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- 3+ years in Product Management
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AI/LLM-integrated products.
- Background in UI/UX design or software engineering.
