(a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale Metacomp's FX, OTC trading, crypto/digital asset, and core operational platforms.

This role owns product strategy and execution across complex, regulated trading and operational workflows spanning front-office, middle-office, and back-office systems. You will operate as a senior decision-maker, working closely with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering to build institutional-grade products that are scalable, compliant, and resilient.

The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in FX/OTC markets and digital assets, a strong product mindset, and the ability to drive outcomes in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define and own the product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and strategic priorities for FX, OTC, crypto, and operational systems.
• Drive product strategy aligned with business growth, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a senior product voice, influencing stakeholders and shaping platform direction.

Trading & Digital Asset Products

• Own the end-to-end FX and OTC trade lifecycle, including pricing, quoting, execution, hedging, settlement, and ledger booking.
• Lead product development for crypto and digital asset workflows, including spot/OTC trading, liquidity sourcing, wallet management, and on-chain/off-chain settlement.
• Partner with Trading and Treasury to improve execution efficiency, liquidity management, and risk controls.

Delivery & Execution Excellence

• Translate complex business, regulatory, and operational needs into clear, outcome-driven product requirements.
• Lead delivery from discovery through UAT, production rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, scalability, and control.

Platforms, Integrations & Scale

• Own system architecture decisions from a product perspective, covering internal platforms, external partners, and API-based integrations.
• Ensure seamless interoperability across front-office, middle-office, and back-office systems.
• Drive automation, resilience, and operational scalability as transaction volumes grow.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Trading, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering.
• Ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, audit, and operational control standards.
• Anticipate regulatory and operational risks and proactively incorporate controls into product design.

Mentorship & Product Maturity

• Coach and mentor junior product managers where applicable.
• Raise the bar on product practices, documentation quality, and execution rigor across the team.

Requirements

• at least 5 years of experience in product management within fintech, trading, financial services, or digital asset platforms.
• Strong expertise in FX and OTC markets, trade lifecycle, and market infrastructure.
• Hands-on understanding of crypto/digital asset trading, custody, wallets, and settlement.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end product strategy and delivery in regulated environments.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes and making high-impact decisions.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Experience with post-trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement systems.
• Exposure to middle-office and back-office operations, including ledger booking and exception management.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting, audits, and operational compliance across financial and digital asset markets.
• Experience working in regulated fintechs, financial institutions, or crypto-native firms.
