Senior Product Manager

We need a Product Manager who is obsessed with the Front Lines—someone who can translate the messy, real-world needs of businesses and gig workers into a world-class product roadmap. You aren't just a facilitator; you are the industry expert who understands the nuances of the part-time labor market.

Core Responsibilities

• Goal & Strategy Definition: Define product goals and strategies that maximize both customer value (for workers and businesses) and business growth.
• Roadmap Strategy: Own the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring every feature—from instant matching to automated payroll—aligns with Flexii's business growth goals
• Voice of the Customer: Proactively collect, synthesize, and prioritize requests from our business partners and gig workers. You will turn feedback into actionable product requirements.
• The Business-Tech Bridge: Act as the translator between the commercial team's high-pressure demands and the engineering team's technical constraints.
• Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of the gig economy and part-time industry (e.g., labor compliance, shift scheduling, and surge pricing) to build features that truly disrupt the status quo.
• Lifecycle Management: Lead the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and UAT and region roll out in Singapore, HK and Taiwan

Who We're Looking For

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roles
• Ability to initiate new projects and effectively propose them to stakeholders and management
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder negotiations and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience launching services in collaboration with engineers, designers, testers, and commercial teams
• Ability to accurately analyze business needs and create system definitions and specification documentation
• Data-driven decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of web and app development
• Experience in requirements analysis, scope definition, and product specification design
