Senior Product Manager (Financial APP)

About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our core financial software products, driving alignment between business goals and user needs in the Singapore market.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and iteration for financial platforms covering mutual funds, equities, bonds, structured products, and trading systems

• Conduct deep market research on Singapore/global markets, ensuring compliance with MAS regulations and risk control standards

• Benchmark against leading platforms (IBKR, Saxo, Endowus) to drive UX improvements and innovative solutions

• Collaborate with business, compliance, and engineering teams to manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch

• Utilize user research and data analysis to optimize user experience, streamline workflows, and increase client engagement

• Maintain product roadmap, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in financial software, wealth management, or trading systems

• Deep understanding of Singapore's financial instruments (funds, securities, bonds, structured products) and MAS regulatory framework

• Strong knowledge of internet product design, UX principles, and transaction process optimization

• Proven ability to independently produce PRDs, wireframes, and user flows while driving end-to-end delivery

• Excellent execution, analytical thinking, and cross-functional project management skills

Required Skills

• Experience at brokerages, banks, EAMs, or fintech platforms

• Familiarity with trading engines, clearing systems, or compliance monitoring

• Track record of building financial products from 0 to 1

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, GA, Amplitude, etc.)
