Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery from concept to market success. This role works closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build products that deliver strong customer value.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Conduct customer research and market analysis to identify product opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into user stories and product features.

• Develop go-to-market strategies and support successful product launches.

• Track product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through data and customer feedback.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of product management experience in software or technology environments.

• Proven experience launching and scaling SaaS products (ServiceNow experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of Agile development, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder management.

• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
