Product Strategy and Vision
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with objectives and opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive customer needs assessment (user interviews, surveys, and research) to identify customer pain points, and product opportunities
- Develop and maintain product roadmap that balances short-term delivery commitments with long-term strategic initiatives
- Work with Business Owner on product decisions including feature prioritisation, and resource allocation
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with design teams to ensure user experience excellence and product usability that meets expectations
- Develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for phased product launches
- Coordinate with customer success and support teams to ensure successful product adoption and ongoing satisfaction
Product Performance and Optimisation
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct regular product performance reviews and data analysis to inform product decisions and optimisation strategies
- Lead product experimentation to validate hypotheses
- Drive continuous product improvement through iterative development cycles and customer feedback integration

- Mentor and lead Junior Product Manager(s).
Required Skills - Technical Understanding
- Solid understanding of software and ServiceNow development
- processes, technology platforms, and product architecture
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, user story writing, and backlog management practices
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence for roadmap management and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience in technology or software environments
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling two SaaS product implementations (ServiceNow highly preferred)
- Strong experience managing products with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements and tight delivery timelines
