Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a new infrastructure for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
- Master's degree or above from top universities candidates with professional certifications in product management (e.g., PMI-PMP, NPDP).
- 5+ years of platform product management experience, with at least 3 years of product experience in the live streaming, creator platform, or content platform industry.
- Proven experience leading at least one product/project that required direct collaboration with operations, algorithm/recommendation, and data science teams, and showing quantified impact or outcome
- 3+ years of overseas work or study experience (preferred: US, UK, Singapore, or Indonesia)
- User-centric thinking, with a track record of proactively designing tools/approaches to improve individual and team efficiency proficient in using product management tools and data analysis tools to support product decision-making proven ability to translate platform policies and compliance requirements into scalable product strategies and actionable implementation plans
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to conduct daily work communication and document writing in both languages excellent English professional document writing skills (e.g., product requirement documents, cross-team collaboration protocols)
- Deep understanding of the overseas live streaming/content ecosystem and insights into industry trends able to adapt to a fast-paced global work rhythm (flexible to coordinate with teams in different time zones when needed) strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly respond to sudden product issues.
- Has product team management experience (led a team of 5+ people), with a track record of leading cross-functional key projects to achieve significant breakthroughs.
- Familiar with TikTok's creator ecosystem (including creator growth paths, monetization models such as virtual gifts and live commerce) and has established connections with overseas creator teams or MCN institutions.
- Experience in optimizing product strategies based on cultural differences in different overseas markets.
