Role Purpose

Build up and grow DK Bank's card issuing and acquiring product suite that serve both retail and institutional customers, including digital asset corporates. Leverage on DK bank's unique proposition to position the bank's card products as primary support for fiat on/ off ramp and crypto-to-fiat conversion use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive card issuing product strategy across markets: capabilities roadmap, product propositions, pricing, go-to-market plan
• Execute the product roadmap across markets, ensuring that the bank's card products meet customer needs both locally and globally. This includes end-to-end SDLC management, from product requirements to technical discussions to testing to go live
• Partner with card schemes to launch issuance and acquiring capabilities with both fiat and crypto as settlement options
• Work with strategic partners to avail merchant acquiring capabilities to DK merchants
• Work with legal, AML and risk stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Conduct market benchmarking, data analysis and user studies to optimize product features and customer utilization
• Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of working experience in Financial Services, with background in Cards and Merchant Acquiring
• Familiar with writing product requirements and SDLC tools such as Confluence
• Collaborative team player with a proven ability to demonstrate leadership and foster consensus across large cross-functional groups
• Skilled at proactively seeking input, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring that decisions and plans reflect the perspectives of those affected
