Senior Product Manager, B2B SaaS

We are partnering with a growing B2B SaaS company to appoint a Senior Product Manager who will play a key role in the digitalisation and evolution of its product ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product professional who has built, modernised and launched technology products for businesses, merchants or complex customer environments. You will translate customer needs, operational processes and market opportunities into digital-first, scalable product solutions that improve how customers transact, operate and engage with the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap, from product discovery, requirements gathering and prioritisation through development, testing, launch and continuous improvement.
• Play a key role in the digitalisation of products and customer journeys, identifying opportunities to transform manual, fragmented or legacy processes into intuitive, automated and scalable digital experiences.
• Work closely with Engineering, Commercial, Operations and other stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver new products, features and platform enhancements.
• Drive product launches and go-to-market initiatives, including integrations, APIs, workflow enhancements and new digital capabilities.
• Use customer feedback, product usage, transaction and operational data to identify pain points, prioritise enhancements and continuously improve adoption, usability and product performance.
• Champion a strong product mindset across the organisation, balancing customer experience, technology feasibility and commercial impact.

Requirements:

• Experienced Senior Product Manager / Product Manager from a B2B technology, SaaS or digital platform environment, with a strong track record of owning and delivering product roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience in digitalising products, services, workflows or customer journeys, ideally involving the transformation of traditional or manual processes into technology-enabled solutions.
• Proven experience taking products and features through the full product lifecycle — from discovery and business requirements through development, launch, adoption and optimisation.
• Experience with transaction-led platforms, merchant-facing solutions, APIs, system integrations, billing, workflow automation or high-volume digital ecosystems would be highly relevant.
• Strong ability to work across Engineering, Commercial, Operations and customers, translating business and user requirements into clear product priorities.
• Commercially minded and data-driven, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical considerations in a fast-paced environment.
