. Strong product management skills, with experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
. Good research and analysis skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback and market trends.
. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
. Strong practice with Agile development methodologies, DevOps, and product management tools.
. Proven record of working with analytics, and ML/AI solutions.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product concepts and benefits to internal stakeholders ready to present to C-level.
. Good knowledge of at least one of the functional areas: customer relationships and sales, e-com/freight forwarding/express/logistics operations, and service operations.
