Senior Product Manager (AI)

About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Product Management & AI to drive customer-centric digital commerce experiences across global luxury brands in SEA/ANZ. This role owns the regional product vision and roadmap, partners closely with global and regional stakeholders, and leverages AI and data to accelerate product discovery, execution, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional product vision and multi-year roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business KPIs.
• Drive customer-centric, data-driven execution using analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and voice-of-customer insights.
• Leverage AI daily to synthesize insights, accelerate decision-making, and improve experimentation and delivery speed.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, marketing, CX, and regional teams; enable global initiatives with local relevance.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders; maintain strong product documentation (roadmaps, PRDs, user stories).

Requirements

• You will need min 5+ years of digital product management experience in e-commerce platforms.
• Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and execution in agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools, data, and experimentation to drive product decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and tools such as CMS, PIM, and ideally Salesforce.
• Regional stakeholder management and communication skills in a global matrix environment.
