Grab's Ads Platform team's mission is to power growth for businesses with an efficient and flexible marketing platform that delivers measurable impact across their marketing spend. The team is building innovative solutions to enable advertisers to engage users across all stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration, purchase and loyalty, ensuring high relevance for customers, while helping partners by improving visibility and discovery. These include, but are not limited to, features across campaign management, creative formats, audience management and reporting, as well as personalisation, auction and billing and reconciliation.
Get to know the Role:
- In this role, you would be creating and managing the roadmap for the core ad serving and selection infrastructure for Grab's Marketing Manager Platform
- You would be building the core prediction and auction infrastructure required to scale and personalise the demand generation activities for Grab
- You would be engaging with the broad engineering and data science teams to optimise ad selection to enhance the user experience while maximising yield
The day-to-day activities:
- Define and own the vision, strategy, goals and roadmap for ad serving, selection and auction
- Dive deep into our ads marketplace data to identify the biggest opportunities to optimize our systems to benefit Consumers, Advertisers and Grab.
- Own project delivery, feature development and experimentation end-to-end, including creating detailed product & business requirements, driving cross-functional execution, sharing insights and learnings across the org, and ensuring stakeholder visibility
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, other Product teams, and regional/country teams on go-to-market strategies and execution
The must haves:
- At least 5 years in a senior product management experience at a tech software company
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics or related fields
- Demonstrated success in delivering compelling products in a fast-growing, dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen, be customer focused, team and results-oriented
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills
- Passionate about the mission of Grab
- Experience in advertising technology/media
Nice to haves:
- Programming experience, avid Grab user, Consumer tech experience
- Preferable to have candidates who are based in Singapore, or have authorization to work in Singapore
