Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on product specifications, updates, and cybersecurity requirements, and communicate technical information to customers and partners.
- Provide on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates for healthcare and laboratory systems.
- Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, affiliates, and partners.
- Perform preventive maintenance and resolve recurring technical issues to ensure reliable system performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and CRM logs.
- Conduct end-user and partner training, and assist in developing training materials.
- Test software interfaces for new products or updates.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Prepare monthly activity reports and business trip reports, ensuring follow-up actions are implemented.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a core laboratory environment.
- At least 2 years experience in IT implementation, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft operating systems (e.g., Windows 7, 10).
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability for all IT-related issues.
