In this role, you'll:
- Be the go-to expert for distributors, clinicians, and hospitals, providing hands-on support and clinical consultation.
- Deliver product demos, training, and solution advice that help healthcare teams save lives.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing market insights to shape product strategy and innovations.
- Lead post-sales support, ensuring seamless installation, commissioning, and end-user training.
- Represent us at trade shows, seminars, and launches, helping healthcare professionals experience our technology firsthand.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or related field.
- 2-3 years in the medical device industry, ideally in Ventilators, Patient Monitoring, or Cardiology.
- Respiratory Therapists encouraged to apply.
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
