Our client is a global leader in life-science technology , developing innovative products that make a meaningful impact on science and healthcare.

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer with strong electrical/electronics experience to support products from NPI and product transfer through production ramp-up and sustaining.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product transfer, NPI, production ramp-up and sustaining activities.
• Develop and support embedded systems, electrical designs, schematics and PCB layouts.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical/electronic issues and lead root-cause and corrective actions.
• Drive product quality, yield, reliability, manufacturability and cost improvements.
• Apply FMEA, 5 Whys, 8D, DOE and data analysis to solve engineering problems.
• Support PCBA development and manufacturing, including ICT/FCT and supplier coordination.
• Manage engineering changes, BOMs, work instructions and technical documentation.
• Support design reviews, risk assessments and EMC/EMI and safety compliance.
• Work closely with product development, manufacturing, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical/electronics or product engineering.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, analog/digital electronics and circuit design.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA design/manufacturing and Altium Designer.
• Experience with NPI, product transfer, manufacturing support and sustaining engineering.
• Knowledge of EMC/EMI design and countermeasures.
• Strong problem-solving and engineering change management experience.
• FPGA programming (VHDL/Verilog) is highly advantageous.
• Experience with LabVIEW, Python, SAP or PLM systems is a plus.
• Life-science, biotech, medical device or FDA-regulated product experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
