Senior Product Consultant(Sales Executive)

Job Description:

- Warmly receive customers, understand customer needs, provide professional product consultation and recommendation and service demonstration.

- Proficient in all product knowledge of the store, including functions, configurations, prices, etc., and able to explain clearly to customers.

- Actively achieve personal sales targets and assist the team to achieve store sales targets.

- Handle customer complaints and after-sales problems, provide quality after-sales service, maintain customer relationship.

- Maintain the image of Xiaomi brand and store. Keep the store environment clean, goods display neatly, create a good shopping atmosphere.

-Actively participate in the training and activities organized by the company to continuously improve my sales skills and product knowledge.

- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
