Budgeting, Governance & Reporting

  • Develop comprehensive production budgets from first brief, including post-production, contingency, and third-party costs.
  • Align budgets with editorial, branded, or business objectives while safeguarding financial discipline.
  • Manage budget revisions proactively in response to scope changes, ensuringstakeholder alignment before commitments are made.

Studio & Resource Leadership

  • Oversee studio scheduling, crew allocation, and facility utilisation.
  • Identify potential resourcing constraints early and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Champion efficient production workflows aligned with STUDIO+65's centralised planning and governance model.

Requirements

  • Degree in Media, Communications, Film, Broadcast Production, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in studio, broadcast, digital, or integrated production environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-budget projects (Commercial, Narrative, or Unscripted) on time and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows, including budgeting, scheduling, post-production management, and vendor negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently while maintaining cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of current production technologies, camera systems, and post-production workflows (Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, etc.).
