Job Description

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Complete the formulation and execution of procurement strategy and procurement plan
  • Prepare and issue the RFQ documents
  • Ensure that the bidding documents are received within the required time or extend the bidding time as needed
  • Coordinate responses to supplier clarifications
  • Organize meetings with bidders and other related parties to negotiate with potentially successful bidders to obtain the best cost options
  • Conduct commercial evaluation of bids, prepare bid-winning proposals, letters of intent/purchase orders
  • Update procurement status reports
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships, including communicating and negotiating with suppliers
  • Receive and visit supplier representatives to keep abreast of the latest developments, negotiate price, service, quality or other matters
  • Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Basic ability requirements: proficient in operating all kinds of conventional office software good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills hard-working, teamwork spirit, can work overtime at any time.
  • 5 years or more of business management experience in the procurement industry, with experience in Saudi Aramco or Qatar Petroleum project is preferred.
  • Professional ability requirements: proficient in material procurement and subcontracting related bidding business, and can accurately grasp relevant laws, regulations, policies and regulations
  • The personnel are competent for the procurement/subcontracting work of offshore oil and gas engineering projects and Saudi Aramco projects.
