SCOPE OF WORK
- Complete the formulation and execution of procurement strategy and procurement plan
- Prepare and issue the RFQ documents
- Ensure that the bidding documents are received within the required time or extend the bidding time as needed
- Coordinate responses to supplier clarifications
- Organize meetings with bidders and other related parties to negotiate with potentially successful bidders to obtain the best cost options
- Conduct commercial evaluation of bids, prepare bid-winning proposals, letters of intent/purchase orders
- Update procurement status reports
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships, including communicating and negotiating with suppliers
- Receive and visit supplier representatives to keep abreast of the latest developments, negotiate price, service, quality or other matters
- Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Basic ability requirements: proficient in operating all kinds of conventional office software good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills hard-working, teamwork spirit, can work overtime at any time.
- 5 years or more of business management experience in the procurement industry, with experience in Saudi Aramco or Qatar Petroleum project is preferred.
- Professional ability requirements: proficient in material procurement and subcontracting related bidding business, and can accurately grasp relevant laws, regulations, policies and regulations
- The personnel are competent for the procurement/subcontracting work of offshore oil and gas engineering projects and Saudi Aramco projects.
