Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

We're looking for a senior procurement professional to lead the design and implementation of our procurement function - from strategy and policy to tools and vendor management.

You'll play a key leadership role, working cross-functionally to establish efficient, compliant, and scalable procurement processes that support the company's continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up procurement policies, procedures, and frameworks from scratch
• Select, implement, and manage a procurement or ERP system
• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluation to negotiation and contract management
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, engineering, and finance to align procurement strategy with business goals
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value across the supply chain

What You Bring

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in procurement, preferably within engineering or IFM companies
• Proven track record of designing and implementing procurement systems and procedures
• Strong understanding of procurement tools, platforms, and contract frameworks
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
