Responsibilities
- Source and manage local and overseas suppliers for machine components and materials.
- Drive supplier performance on cost, quality, lead time, and delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and schedules to maximize value.
- Manage purchase orders end-to-end with complete documentation.
- Control project costs and deliver measurable savings.
- Partner internal teams to ensure on-time, compliant procurement.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- 3+ years procurement & sourcing experience semiconductor/manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical knowledge of machine components is a plus.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
- SAP and MS Office proficiency.
