Support the procurement team in the implementation and improvement of existing systems, policies, and processes according to Company's business needs.
To assist the Director in strategic planning and managing the purchasing team for all purchasing activities according to the KPIs set.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish, build and maintain relations with all key Vendors
- Create, set and maintain department KPIs
- Sources for new products for cost-effectiveness and Calls for Food Tender
- Support all users for all Purchase Orders with E-Procurement System and meet Finance month end closing deadlines
- To attend to complaints and feedback from users regarding supplier services, product quality and quantity issues
- Ensure smooth delivery of products to all users.
- Coordinate all administrative matters, liaising with all departments and customers directly, as well on new strategic initiatives with Corporate Chef and new opening projects
- Provide Management with data and reports related to purchasing activities as and when required
- Periodic review to Management on purchasing system improvements and streamlining purchasing processes
- To undertake whatever-related duties or tasks that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably with Diploma or Degree in Business/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing/sourcing experience in the hospitality/F&B/Entertainment industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Resourceful and meticulous with excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills with Vendors and Stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Able to work independently and a good team player
