Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented procurement admin officer to join our dynamic Food and Beverage (F&B) team in Singapore. This role supports daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of our busy office environment.
Job Description:
. Provide comprehensive administrative support for F&B operations, including data entry, filing, and document management
. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for team members
. Prepare and process various administrative documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
. Support inventory management and procurement processes for office supplies and F&B-related items
Job Requirements:
. Polytechnic diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems
. Organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
. Prior experience in the F&B industry is advantageous
