Job Scope:
- Manage end-to-end procurement for aircraft parts, materials, tools, and services, including RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and purchase order administration.
- Issue tenders and evaluate bids from OEMs and approved third-party vendors to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts, delivery schedules, and service agreements with vendors while ensuring regulatory and audit compliance.
- Monitor supplier performance, maintain strong vendor relationships, and resolve operational issues, including urgent requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, Logistics) to support operations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reporting, and documentation for internal and regulatory audits.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in aviation, aerospace, or MRO environment.
- Proven negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, AMOS, Ariba) is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure in time-critical scenarios and manage multiple vendors simultaneously.
