Logistics and Compliance: Overseeing all import/export documentation, customs declarations, and record-keeping, while also resolving any shipment errors or discrepancies.
Commercial & Quality Control: Leading price and contract negotiations, managing supplier rebates, and acting as the first point of contact for resolving quality or logistics complaints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align on business goals and driving process improvements through the use of digital tools.
Requirements
A proven background in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the food/FMCG sector, including hands-on experience with international logistics and customs documentation.
Strong knowledge of food safety system , proficiency in ERP systems, and familiarity with Halal certification processes.
Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
A results-driven, detail-oriented mindset with a history of high performance and strong problem-solving abilities.
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field like Supply Chain Management, Food Science, Engineering or Business.
