Senior Process Engineer

Brief Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to lead and optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on equipment installation, process control, and team development. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor technicians on machine operations and technical standards. Facilitate the onboarding and technical development of new engineering personnel. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new equipment installation and process integration. Lead machine qualification and ensure comprehensive technical documentation. Analyze and improve existing processes using data-driven methodologies. Manage the transfer and adaptation of processes from other sites, ensuring quality and standardization. Oversee real-time production issue resolution and implement corrective actions. Champion a Lean culture and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. Deliver technical training to enhance the skill set of engineering and technician teams. Engage in ad hoc projects and technical assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, particularly in machine commissioning and setup. Proficient in non-ferrous metal processing and precision manufacturing techniques. Strong technical problem-solving, analytical skills, and experience with process data analysis. Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and foster teamwork. Self-motivated, with a commitment to continuous learning in metal processing technology. Willingness to work flexible hours to support critical manufacturing activities.
