Responsibilities

• Set up process recipes for newly installed semiconductor process equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Perform qualification tests for new process equipment and recipes to validate performance and compliance
• Evaluate new processes through detailed characterization to optimize manufacturing outcomes
• Conduct inline troubleshooting and qualification during daily operations to maintain process stability
• Lead Gemba activities to identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency and quality

Job Requirements

• Degree in Chemical engineering, materials science, or equivalent
• Demonstrated expertise in wafer fab process engineering with at least 5 years of experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CVD process tools such as LAM, Novellus, or Producer
• Strong technical knowledge in CVD process development and recipe optimization
• Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and 8D problem-solving methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office suite for data analysis and reporting
• English language proficiency to communicate effectively within a global team
