Senior Process Engineer - Biopharma

We are currently looking for Senior Process Engineer to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Provide MS&T support from project initiation through start-up, validation, and handover to operations
• Lead or support process design, URS input, and equipment selection during project phase
• Support technology transfer into GMP manufacturing facilities
• Ensure process intent is maintained through engineering, commissioning, qualification, and PPQ
• Provide MS&T support during FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and start-up activities
• Review and support batch records, protocols, deviations, and investigations
• Act as a technical interface between MS&T, Engineering, CQV, Manufacturing, and QA
• Support process troubleshooting, optimisation, and operational readiness
• Work within GMP biopharmaceutical project environments
