Job Title: Senior Process / Project Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled engineer to support and optimize chemical and biologic manufacturing processes. The role involves equipment design, troubleshooting, deviation investigations, process improvements, and implementation of technology enhancements. You will manage small to medium-scale projects from initiation through commissioning and GMP readiness, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing operations to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.
- Troubleshoot processes, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Propose and execute process/equipment modifications and optimization initiatives, including digitization or automation solutions.
- Assist in project planning, execution, commissioning, validation, and stakeholder communication.
- Participate in safety, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 68 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing.
- Hands-on technical experience with process equipment; knowledge of cGMP preferred.
- Experience in commissioning, qualification, and start-up of process systems is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
