The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored financial solutions, and driving business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding clients businesses, financial goals, and risk appetite.
- Advise clients on optimal financial structures and investment strategies aligned with their objectives.
- Identify opportunities for UOB to serve clients better, including innovative solutions.
- Collaborate across UOB to deliver integrated solutions that address client needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations and maintain high standards of conduct and ethics in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum degree in Business or Finance.
- At least 10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in corporate or investment banking.
- Experience working with multinational companies and familiarity with the Singapore market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
