Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end semiconductor design and engineering activities, from customer engagement through final release.
Handle customer technical queries and coordinate closely with foundry and engineering teams.
Oversee design verification, review processes, data preparation, floorplanning, and final release activities.
Verify component performance against design requirements and targets.
Support technology development, process optimization, and design enablement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal designers and external technology partners to support engineering activities.
Contribute to technology capability enhancement and support long-term technology roadmap initiatives.

Requirements

Degree, Master's, or PhD in Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
Experience in semiconductor design enablement, engineering operations, or related technical functions, preferably with foundry customers.
Knowledge of silicon photonics is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, accountable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
