Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level As a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant in our Life Sciences division, you will be at the forefront of shaping careers and building high-impact client relationships. You will drive sales activities, connect with both new and existing clients, and become a trusted advisor in the industry.

Beyond business development, you will play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional candidate experiences, guiding them through every step of the recruitment journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically source, assess, and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple channels, leveraging industry networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and innovative sourcing techniques.

  • Partner with clients to understand and anticipate talent needs, providing expert guidance on market trends and helping top talent identify the right career opportunities.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring alignment with client opportunities and delivering a premium candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Take ownership of your talent pipeline, driving individual and team performance to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.

  • Advise and consult clients on talent acquisition strategies, providing market insights and recommendations to attract and secure top talent.

  • Provide timely, professional feedback to candidates and maintain ongoing engagement to foster strong relationships and candidate loyalty.

  • Lead candidate care initiatives, including database management, recruitment administration, and process improvement, to ensure efficiency and consistency across the recruitment process.


Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Life Sciences sector.

  • Strong business development mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other innovative recruitment tools.

  • Energetic, proactive, and highly professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Collaborative team player who can adapt quickly to changing business needs while maintaining focus on results.

  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and thrives under pressure with the ability to work independently.
