We are looking for Senior /l Physiotherapist to be a part of our dynamic trans-disciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals which comprises Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and Physiotherapist. The team provides a range of rehabilitative and intervention programs to support our client's ability to participate in the home and community.
Job Description:
- Develop capabilities and provide clinical consultation to therapists.
- Deliver holistic rehabilitative services for complex cases.
- Lead collaborative practice initiatives for continuous improvements in Holistic Clinical Practice.
- Oversee clinical standards and competency management of Physiotherapists.
- Conduct clinical assessments and determine interventions for specialized cases.
- Provide specialist consultation and clinical education in advanced management of complex cases.
- Manage performance and development of therapists.
Job Requirements:
- Recognized Degree/Master in Physiotherapy(listed in https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/ahpc/apply-to-be-a-registered-allied-health-professional/lists-of-recognised-qualifications)
- Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore as a full registrant
- Proven ability to lead and develop clinical programs and initiatives.
- Strong capability in providing clinical education and consultancy.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
