Senior/ Principal Executive (Membership), Youth Development

Young NTUC is the youth wing of the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). Since our founding in April of 2005, Young NTUC has grown to over 150,000 members aged 35 years and below. Young NTUC supports youth throughout their professional and personal journey to achieve their aspirations through a multitude of purposeful activities and opportunities. In collaboration with a vast number of partners ranging from unions to companies to government agencies, we can provide career discovery and navigation, workplace protection and support, leadership development, mental well-being resources, holistic personal development and many more.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Lead Membership Campaigns:

Design and implement youth-focused campaigns that drive transitions from nEbO to NTUC Starter Membership and NTUC Union Membership. Manage end-to-end executionfrom project planning and go-to-market strategies to campaign performance tracking and optimisation.

Drive Membership Strategy and Lifecycle Planning:

Work cross-functionally to develop and execute comprehensive membership strategies, covering acquisition, engagement, and retention. Rethink and shape the end-to-end membership experience and product offering, grounded in data, insights, and user needs.

Lead Generation, Sales, and Partnerships:

Drive top-of-funnel lead generation and manage pipeline progression to boost conversions. Identify and secure strategic partners to amplify membership reach and value propositions.

Insights, Data & CVP Enhancement:

Leverage customer insights and market analysis to strengthen the Customer Value Proposition (CVP). Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to evolve the membership offering in alignment with youth aspirations and needs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Proven experience in youth product, membership, loyalty/rewards, or consumer engagement.
  • Strong understanding of youth market behaviors, digital trends, and community-building strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to inform decisions and track performance.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage timelines, partners, and deliverables.
  • Adaptable, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Able to work on weekday evenings and weekends as needed.
