We are looking for Senior IT Business Data Process Consultant in Singapore.

Job Description:

. Analysing current business processes, workflows, Python Data Analysis and procedures to identify areas for improvement.

. Developing and implementing optimised processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer, Business or related fields.

. 9+ years of experience in business process data analysis and IT project management.

. Supports digitalisation initiatives through data analytics and visualisation using tools like Python and Tableau.

. Must have hands-on SQL data experience and Data analytics in IT enterprise

. Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL TQM or ISO 9000:2000.

. Familiarity with process mapping and modelling techniques.

. Led daily content creation for token listings, partnerships, and brand activations.

. Executed high-impact campaigns around global events and sponsorships (e.g., Messi, Bitcoin Whitepaper Day).

. Integrated performance analytics into planning to refine strategy and optimize ROI.

. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Advance Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
