Job Description

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT systems related to financial compliance, risk management, or AML/CFT
  3. Understanding of AI/ML and exposure to products from Tookitaki and/or Quantexa would be highly desirable
  4. Proven experience in managing large, complex IT projects in a financial institution or similar regulated environment
  5. Experience with AML/CFT systems and technologies, including transaction monitoring software, sanctions screening, and customer due diligence platforms
  6. Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA and others)
  7. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
