Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with extensive experience in the Temenos TAP to lead the successful delivery of banking solutions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, technical delivery, and stakeholder communication, ensuring solutions align with business goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects based on the Temenos TAP Platform within digital banking ecosystems.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee and guide the implementation of APIs, microservices, and integration layers in accordance with Temenos TAP standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Architecture, Security, DevOps) for successful project execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and internal IT governance.
- Provide technical leadership and perform architectural reviews for solutions being delivered.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead technical workshops, sprint planning, and regular status meetings with both internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Temenos TAP Platform (API design, orchestration, and deployment).
- Strong knowledge of Temenos Transact and its integration capabilities is highly desirable.
- 8-12 years of overall experience in software delivery, with at least 3+ years in Temenos-based solutions.
- Deep understanding of core banking processes, digital channels, and regulatory compliance in the banking domain.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, budget ownership, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
