Senior/Principal Associate Engineer (Process/Production, Semiconductor)

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a reputable semiconductor company in their as a member of a multi-site team that develops and sustains semiconductor assembly equipment.

Working hours:
Fixed shift, choose between 3 shifts.
Shift 1: 6.45am to 3.15pm
Shift 2: 2.45pm to 11.15pm ($15/shift)
Shift 3: 10.45pm to 7.15am ($25/shift)

The Job:

• Serve as technical expert for assembly and test process across the product lines
• Lead troubleshooting of critical and escalated production issues with cross-functional teams
• Support in failure analysis, root cause investigations and design feedback
• Lead training and develop technical competencies across the team
• Analyze production data and KPIs for improvements
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to production targets.
• Provide leadership support to Senior Team Lead in planning and execution of production activities

The Talent:

• Technical Certificate Graduate either Nitec /Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Deep expertise in electro-mechanical assembly, test systems and diagnostics
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
• Experience in NPI, process optimization and cross functional collaboration
