About the Role
We are building large-scale AI platforms powering search, recommendation, and advertising systems across a high-impact ecosystem.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of machine learning, distributed systems, and platform architecture-driving both algorithm innovation and system design to deliver intelligent, personalized user experiences at scale.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop search, ranking, and recommendation algorithms to improve relevance, engagement, and monetization
- Apply advanced ML techniques (e.g., deep learning, bandits, reinforcement learning, LLMs) to real-world systems
- Build and optimize scalable ML systems, from experimentation (A/B testing) to production deployment
- Analyze large-scale user data to drive continuous model and system improvements
- Collaborate across teams to integrate ML models into search, ads, and platform infrastructure
- (Senior/Principal) Influence system architecture and drive cross-domain technical initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree (Bachelor's/Master's/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Strong foundation in algorithms, machine learning, and large-scale data processing
- Experience in search, recommendation, ads, or ML systems
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LLMs, recommender systems, or ads ranking/monetization
- Familiarity with bandits, reinforcement learning, or advanced ranking techniques
- Experience building distributed systems or ML platforms at scale
- Publications in top conferences (e.g., KDD, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
- (Senior+) Experience leading initiatives or influencing system architecture
